Saragolla Flour
Saragolla is a hard and amber wheat with a stem up to 180 cm high, it is much more resistant to parasites and therefore lends itself very well to organic cultivation. It is a nutritious, healthy and highly digestible grain. It is particularly appreciated by intolerant to common wheat for its low amount of gluten. The flour and semolina that are obtained are very fragrant and of an intense yellow color with these they usually prepare a delicious and fragrant traditional bread, and the pasta with the unmistakable rusticity and the intense aroma of wheat.
Cherry tomatoes, tomatoes in sauce, sauces, vegetables and legumes grown with 100% Campania passion and commitment, hand-picked and stored in glass through modern production processes. Processing is done very quickly, in order to prevent the products from being damaged by time and the atmosphere.
Pasta produced exclusively from durum wheat saragolla semolina produced on the farm. It is obtained with a bronze die and slow drying, and shows an excellent cooking resistance and an intense and rustic flavor.
